摘要
We have studied the time-integrated spectra and temporal behavior of Z3-exciton-polariton luminescence in the temperature range from 4 to 88 K under excitation at the Z1,2-exciton absorption region. The temperature-dependent spatial motion of polaritons at each temperature modifies the temporal behavior of polariton luminescence significantly. The observed results show that the polariton motion changes from the free propagative one at low temperature to the diffusive one at high temperature. The lifetime of polaritons becomes longer with increasing temperature.
