摘要
A ps handling system for AMS radiocarbon dating with a CO2 sputter source has a unique set of requirements. These are discussed both in general and in relation to the design adopted at the Oxford facility. In addition to the physical ps handling apparatus, the design of the necessary electronic and software control systems are also covered.
