摘要：

A patient with hemifacial atrophy had progressive ipsilateral ptosis, external ophthalmoplegia and blindness on the left side, and finally contralateral impairment of ocular motility and vision over a 20-year period. A review of the ocular manifestations of the Parry-Romberg syndrome reported by other authors indicates that this is the third case of impairment of ocular motility contralateral to the facial atrophy. © 1969.
