摘要
In summation, PLS coupled with near-infrared spectroscopy is a powerful tool for analysis of fat content in milk. The diagnostics associated with the quantitative method help guide the user through the selection of proper parameters for a high-quality calibration. The low standard deviation of the fat content in milk indicates the applicability of this method to food analysis. © 1991 Springer-Verlag.
