NON-PHOTOCHEMICAL HOLE BURNING AND ITS RELATION TO THE FLUORESCENCE AND STRUCTURE OF ORGANIC GLASSES

摘要
To explain the appearance of laser induced sharp persistent holes burnt into in-homogeneously broadened impurity spectra in organic glasses, a two level systems structural model for the glass is proposed. Non-photochemical hole burning data pertaining to the density of states and relaxation processes of the two level systems are presented. © 1979.
