摘要
The high-temperature magnetic susceptibility of the diluted magnetic semiconductor Cd1-xFexTe (x = 3.3%) is investigated in the temperature range 60-300 K. The observed Curie-Weiss behavior is analyzed in terms of the crystal-field model. The sum of the magnetic exchange interaction integrals SIGMA(p) greater-than-or-equal-to 1z(p)J(p) = -132 +/- 16 K, deduced from the Curie-Weiss temperature, is in excellent agreement with the data obtained from our previous analysis of the high-field magnetization (B less-than-or-equal-to 20 T) at low temperature (T = 4.2 K).
