摘要
We apply the point successive overrelaxation method to nonsymmetric linear systems. The matrix of the system is assumed to be consistently ordered but the matrix corresponding to the Jacobi method may have complex eigenvalues. We give the convergence domain of the successive overrelaxation method and an algorithm allowing one to choose the best relaxation factor in this domain. © 1979.
