MILLIMETER AND SUBMILLIMETER-WAVE SPECTRUM OF CHCL3 - DETERMINATION OF THE H3 SPLITTING CONSTANT

摘要
The millimeter and submillimeter-wave spectrum of the ground state of (CHCl3)-Cl-35 has been observed and analyzed up to J = 106. The resulting spectroscopic constants are (in MHz): B0 = 3302.07587(12), D(J) = 1.511716(66) X 10(-3), D(JK) = -2.51757(20) X 10(-3), H(JJJ) = 0.1268(12) x 10(-8), H(JJK) = -0.5000(30)X 10(-8), H(KKJ) = 0.652(11) X 10(-8), L(J) = -0.178(55) x 10(-14). The millimeter-wave spectrum of (CHCl3)-Cl-37 has also been observed and analyzed providing the following values of the rotational constants (in MHz): B0 = 3129.61007(57), D(J) = 1.36571(64) X 10(-3), D(JK) = -2.2769(51) X 10(-3), H(JJJ) = 0.135(20) X 10(-8), H(JJK) = -0.78(18) X 10(-8), H(KKJ) = 0.283(49) X 10(-7). The splitting of the K = 3 ground state lines of (CHCl3)-Cl-35 has been observed starting from the J = 46-45 transition and the value of the splitting constant h3 is determined to be 0.15007(25) X 10(-9) MHz.
