摘要
The influence of Cu/Nb content and annealing conditions on the microstructure and the magnetic properties of melt spun amorphous Fe77.5-xSi13.5B9CuxNb3x alloys were investigated. Annealing at temperatures between 475 and 550-degrees-C leads to the formation of the Fe3Si-phase in the amorphous matrix. Grain size, phase composition and transition temperatures depend on the Cu/Nb content. The magnetic properties are strong correlated to the microstructure. The best soft magnetic properties were obtained for alloys with x = 0.75 after 1 h annealing at 550-degrees-C.
