摘要：

A case is reported in which ventricular extrasystoles altered the dominant rhythm in various ways, depending upon the extent of anterograde and retrograde conduction of the ectopic impulse. The mechanisms of two dissimilar and apparently unrelated arrhythmias called concealed extrasystoles" are shown to be linked and to depend upon the extent of the concealed conduction of the extrasystolic impulse. This lends further credence to both hypotheses concerning concealed impulse formation. © 1969."
