摘要
Some physicomechanical properties of boron-rich compounds such as B4C, B6O and SiB4 were investigated. It was shown that these compounds especially B4C and B6O with identical crystal structures are characterized by comparable values of their mechanical properties (σcomp, Hμ and E), their thermal conductivities, their linear thermal expansion coefficients and their temperature dependences. © 1979.
