摘要
FexO(x > 0.95) was prepared by quenching from high pressure, and studied using X-ray diffraction and Mossbauer spectroscopy. The Neel temperature of FexO increases as a function of x when 0.95 < x < 1.0, in sharp contrast to its behaviour when x < 0.95. Implications for the defect structure of FexO are discussed.
