摘要
The size of biomolecules suitable; for nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) investigations and the quality of the structures determined using NMR-derived constraints have been dramatically increased by the application of heteronuclear multi-dimensional NMR techniques. With the recent advances in isotope labeling of RNA, these principles can now be applied to nucleic acids.
