摘要
1. 1. The mean glycogen level of adult liver flukes (Fasciola hepatica L.) is 4·06±1·21 mg/100 mg liver fluke (on removal from infected sheep), 2·60±1·13 in glucose saline; 2·82±0·49 in saline. 2. 2. It has been demonstrated that insulin enhances the loss of glycogen in adult flukes maintained in vitro, but significantly (glycogen falls from 2·75 mg to 1·45 mg) only after the oral suckers had been tied. © 1969.
