摘要：

The increase of the catalytic Brdička current of serum albumin in the presence of calcium ions was attributed to the conformational change of its molecule, caused by the binding of calcium. In the changed molecule the buried disulfide groups are freed and therefore the Brdička current, as well as the reduction current due to the reduction of the disulfide groups, increase. The proposal explanation is supported by spectrophotometric measurements. © 1979 Elsevier Sequioa S.A., Lausanne.
