摘要
An acid and heat stable cytochrome of c-type was purified from an acidophilic and thermophilic unicellular alga, Cyanidium caldarium. Physicochemical properties and acid and heat stabilities of the cytochrome were examined and compared with those of mesophilic algal cytochromes. © 1978 Oxford University Press.
