摘要：

Exposed 2 groups of 7 Sprague-Dawley rats each to the same force-proportional positive reinforcement schedule, but under different schedules of simultaneous force-proportional negative reinforcement. Data indicate that force of response and rate of responding are differentially sensitive to punishment and that the nature of this effect suggests a tendency for compensatory interaction between the 2 dependent variables.
