摘要
By treatment of isolated broken chloroplasts with 1 mg trypsin per mg chlorophyll for two min at pH 7.0 the sensitivity of the Hill reaction with ferricyanide for diuron is lost. This trypsin treatment also decreases the sensitivity for 4,6-dinitro-o-cresol and simeton. It is reasoned that trypsin action makes the primary electron acceptor of light reaction II accessible for ferricyanide, thus inducing a short-circuit electron transport circumventing the site of action of the herbicides. © 1979.
