摘要
Protons were scattered from 36Ar and 40Ar at an incident energy of 24.85 MeV. The elastic scattering cross sections were analysed in terms of the optical model. The angular distributions for inelastic scattering to several of the levels of 40Ar and 36Ar are compared with the predictions of the collective model using DWBA analysis. Distortion parameters, spins and parities extracted are compared with previously obtained values and the level schemes are compared with theoretical predictions. © 1968.
