摘要：

A double-blind trial lasting 6 weeks and an open trial lasting 6 months were carried out with flunarizine and ergotherapy in two separate groups of patients with occlusive arterial disease during the stage of insufficiency on effort. There were marked increases in subjective and objective performance, together with a marked improvement in the metabolic situation. In addition to a muscular training effect, we discussed an effects on viscosity on the basis of the reduction in the time to peak flow and the reduction in the ball-drop time after ergometric exertion. © 1979, Sage Publications.
