摘要
gamma-gauche Effects of 17-beta- and 7-alpha-substituted 14-alpha-steroids were studied by H-1 and C-13 NMR spectroscopy. A linear correlation was found between the H-1 chemical shift of H-12-beta and the C-13 chemical shift of C-12 for C-17-beta-substituted steroids and between the chemical shifts of H-14-alpha and C-14 in C-7-alpha-substituted compounds.
