摘要
This paper addresses the problem of planning electrical power distribution systems, extending the capability of existing computational models into multiple criteria and uncertainty. The problem is formulated within the fuzzy mathematical programming framework. This leads to a comprehensive model capable of representing multiple objectives, imprecise data and all modelling options represented in the previously developed models. The solution is interactively obtained with participation of a decision maker (or planning engineer) through a suitably, designed man-machine interface. A case study illustrates the proposed methodology followed by the conclusion and topics for further development.
