摘要
After application of Trenimon to tumor-bearing mice alterations of some biochemical parameters were investigated. Incorporation of H3-thymidine into DNA proved more sensitive than incorporation of H3-cytidine into RNA, incorporation of C14-leucine into protein, and content of DPN. After application of doses just sufficient to inhibit cell proliferation, inhibition of H3-thymidine incorporation was observed some hours after application of Trenimon; the percentage of DNA synthesizing cells did not decrease. The results suggest, that the treated cells continue synthesizing DNA - at a lower rate - after having finished the normal doubling of DNA. © 1968 Springer-Verlag.
