摘要：

A thin sheet of viscous liquid flows slowly down an uneven incline. The main conclusion derived in this paper is that the only effect of a variation in the bed from that of a uniform slope is noticed in the upstream direction; the flow has constant depth downstream from this variation. © 1969 Wolters-Noordhoff Publishing.
