摘要
The kinetic parameters for the rhodium complex catalyzed carbonylation of primary alcohols, exemplified by ethanol have been examined. The demonstrated accordance between the thermodynamic activation parameters for methanol and ethanol confirms the previous conclusion that the transition state is an adduct formed by oxidative addition of alkyl iodide to the catalytic complex. © 1978.
