摘要
Sensitive determination of tellurium was investigated by atomic absorption spectrophotometry after hydride generation and differential determination of tellurium (IV) and tellurium (VI) in acidic solution was carried out. When sodium borohydride solution is used without any prereductant, only the signal from tellurium (IV) is obtained. On the other hand, when titanium (III) chloride solution is added before the addition of borohydride solution, total signal from tellurium (IV) and tellurium (VI) can be obtained; 30-60 s of prereduction is required. The effectiveness of the titanium (III) chloride-borohydride reduction system is shown in the interference study.
