摘要
Porous titania glass (PTG) has been characterized as a function of annealing temperatures by surface area measurement (BET-N2 adsorption/desorption), IR spectroscopy, and XRD. The material is amorphous at 300°C and exhibits low-pressure hysteresis. Micropores were absent when the PTG was annealed at temperatures below 360°C and only mesopores were observed when PTG was annealed at higher temperatures where crystallization into anatase (<320°C) and rutile (<360°C) occurred. © 1990.
