摘要
Four DELTA-8(14)-sterols, 5-alpha-cholest-8(14)-en-3-beta-ol, (24R)-alpha- and (24S)-beta-epimers of 24-methyl-5-alpha-cholest-8(14)-en-3-beta-ol, and (24R)-alpha-ethyl-5-alpha-cholest-8(14)-en-3-beta-ol, in addition to 24-methylene-25-methylcholest-5-en-3-beta-ol and 13 other sterols were isolated and identified from the bulbils of Dioscorea batatas. This appears to be the first report for the identification of the four DELTA-8(14)-sterols in a higher plant.
