摘要
Point defects in lead bromide are thermally generated according to a Schottky mechanism. The intrinsic bromine ion vacancy concentrations and their mobilities at various temperatures have been calculated from ionic conductivity data. The jump frequency is compared with the infrared absorption frequency. The behaviour of the bromine ion vacancies during the photo-decomposition of lead bromide is discussed. © 1968.
