摘要
CuO doped with 0.5 at. % Fe-57 has been studied using Mossbauer spectroscopy. The difference between the present and earlier experiments may be attributed to the aftereffects of nuclear decay in the source experiments. Fe doping is found to weaken the antiferromagnetic correlation among Cu spins, causing the Neel temperature to decrease. ESR measurements suggest than iron doping significantly affects the dynamics of isolated Cu2+ spins.
