摘要
The magnetic anisotropy dispersion of Fe/Fe-Hf-C multilayers was found to be smaller than that of Fe-Hf-C single-layer films, in addition to the higher saturation magnetization of 2.0 T. This is considered to be due mainly to the enhancement of intergranular exchange coupling between Fe caused by the reduction of net volume fraction of nonmagnetic HfC articles at the rain boundaries.
