摘要
The distribution of polarization in ferroelectric ceramic samples of Ca-modified lead titanate, for different Ca contents, has been determined from the measurement, as a function of frequency and for different poling fields, of pyroelectric currents, generated by sinusoidal thermal waves of low frequency. Inferred from the results are the state of ferroelectric domains and their contribution to polarization, and the relation between the distribution of polarization and crystalline anisotropy.
