摘要
1. 1. Microiontophoretically applied ketamine depressed spontaneous or glutamate-evoked firing of almost all cells tested in the rat dorsal hippocampus, amygdala and nucleus ventralis thalami. 2. 2. Intraperitoneally administered ketamine (80 mg/kg) produced inconsistent but often sudden changes in the firing pattern of cells in the hippocampus and amygdala. Cells in the thalamus usually responded with a transient increase in firing shortly after the drug injection followed by a decrease in firing or increased bursting activity. © 1979.
