摘要
The unmixing at 923 K of a binary alloy Cu-2 at.% Co was studied by anomalous small-angle X-ray scattering performed at the CoK-absorption edge and transmission electron microscopy. For ageings of 3 and 120 h a marked anomalous effect was observed. Experimental curves were fitted with the help of a model that took into account the radius of precipitates, their volume fraction and the radius of excluded spheres. X-ray absolute scattered-intensity measurements allowed us to determine the cobalt concentration in precipitates.
