摘要
Glutathione was continuously produced by an immobilized Saccharomyces cerevisiae IFO 2044 cell column. The production of glutathione was strongly influenced by the level of activity of the glycolytic pathway. This activity was maintained constant by the addition of NAD. © 1978 Springer-Verlag.
