摘要：

The synthesis of 77Br-labelled 2α-bromo-5α-dihydrotestosterone is described together with a comparison of the radioactivity in various tissues of the rat following the injection of 77Br-dihydrotestosterone and 77Br as bromide. It is concluded that the low degree of localisation in the prostate of the bromo-dihydrotestosterone is mainly due to rapid and extensive debromination of that molecule. © 1979.
