摘要
The fast u.v.-luminescence of Csl has been investigated by nano- and picosecond time-resolved pulse optical spectroscopy. Experimental data support the conclusion that the high temperature (150-500 K) fast u.v.-luminescence arises from the trapping of free excitons in the sites perturbed by defects (impurity, vacancy, another exciton). The decay time and yield of fast luminescence are determinated.
