摘要
Several resonances associated with the K40 pure electric quadrupole interaction in KClO3 have been detected which allow the determination of the K40-K39 electric quadrupole moment ratio Q40Q39(1.244±0.002) and the asymmetry parameter η(0.621±0.004). These resonances were detected with a new steady-state double-resonance technique which has excellent stability and high sensitivity. © 1969 The American Physical Society.
