摘要
Efficient CW operation of a single mode Nd: MgO: LiNb03 channel waveguide laser is reported. The absorbed pump power at threshold is 2-7 mW and the slope efficiency is 34%. With our available pump power the laser could emit up to 14 mW CW without exhibiting any photorefractive damage. © 1990, The Institution of Electrical Engineers. All rights reserved.
