摘要：

A case of keratitis caused by an atypical Mycobacterium is presented. The organism, an unnamed member of Runyon Group IV, previously has not been reported as an ocular pathogen. The clinical course was that of a smoldering stromal keratitis which most closely resembled keratomycosis. Bacteriologic characteristics of the organism and management of the patient are discussed. © 1969.
