摘要：

The requirements of statistical mechanics and relativity, as articulated by Balescu, lead to direct transformations of thermodynamic quantities which are incompatible with observations of a microwave background and of the red shifts; however, angle-averaged effective forms do not violate invariance requirements of the theory. © 1979.
