摘要
With the aim of designing structural elements of filament wound composite materials, a first analysis of the vibrating modes of an annular orthotropic disc was performed. To check the reliability of both the analytical and experimental approach, a uniform steel disc was previously tested. Natural frequencies were computed by means of a finite element program, while the experimental analysis was based on real time and time average holographic interferometry. For orthotropic discs, whose material properties are generally difficult to determine, the holographic analysis of vibrations can be used as a complementary instrument for testing the material and detecting defects. © 1979.
