摘要
Cadmium telluride electrodeposition under galvanostatic conditions has been studied using an ethylene glycol bath containing 1 M CdCl2, M/100 TeCl4 and M/3.3 KI at 160-degrees-C. The observed galvanostatic potential time response and the steady state polarization characteristic have been discussed, taking into account the adsorption effects during semiconductor electrodeposition. These results have been further correlated with the observed morphologies and compositions of the galvanostatically deposited films.
