X-RAY DETERMINATION OF LATTICE PARAMETERS AND THERMAL EXPANSION OF CADMIUM TELLURIDE IN TEMPERATURE RANGE 20-420 DEGREES C

摘要
The lattice parameters and coefficient of thermal expansion of cubic CdTe in the temperature range 20°C-420°C have been measured using a Unicam 19 cm dia. X-ray powder camera. The coefficient of thermal expansion at at temperature T°C is given by the expression at = 4.932 × 10-6 + 1.165 × 10-9T + 1.428 × 10-12T2. © 1969.
