摘要
The MARLOWE code is used to simulate He+ scattering from gold, tungsten and copper for incident energies ranging from 1 to 4 keV. The reionization model, based on the electron promotion mechanism, includes the calculation of all possible trajectories, owing to the energy loss caused by the reionization mechanism. The results are compared to experimental spectra, and also to recent theoretical calculations of the ionization probability of He atoms. © 1990.
