摘要
An atomic bromine electronic-transition chemical laser is described. Stimulated emission on the (Formula presented) transition at 3685 cm-1 is obtained as a consequence of the reaction (Formula presented), and this reaction accounts for ≥85% of the quenching of I(52P1/2) by Br2. Stimulated emission is also obtained as a consequence of the reaction (Formula presented). © 1979, Optical Society of America.
