摘要
The Coulomb fragmentation of Zh65I2 molecules was utilized as the means of producing γ rays which are resonant with the 1.116-MeV level in Cu65. A study of the resonant self-absorption led to a mean life-time τ=(3.80±0.25)×10-13 sec for this level. From the angular distribution of the resonant radiation, the mixing amplitude δ for the M1+E2 1.116-MeV ground-state transition was determined as δ=-0.437±0.015. © 1968 The American Physical Society.
