摘要
Thermopower studies on mixed Li-Ti ferrites nave been undertaken over the temperature range 300-900 K by the differential method. On the basis of the sign of the Seebeck coefficient Q, the ferrites under study have been classified as n-type semiconductors. Data on the temperature variation of the Seebeck coefficient data have been used to obtain the variation in charge carrier concentration n and mobility-mu with temperature for all the samples.
