摘要
An enzyme which has as its only physiological substrate fructose-1,6-diphosphate was partially purified from navy bean leaves. This phosphatase also hydrolyzes p-nitrophenyl phosphate and is inhibited by some ribonucleotides, such as ATP and AMP, as well as by fructose-1-phosphate. The enzyme has a pH optimum of 8.6 and requires Mg2+ or Mn2+ for maximum activity. The properties of the enzyme are similar to those of other d-fructose-1,6-diphosphatases isolated from plant tissues. © 1969.
