摘要
The specificity and mode of action of Aspergillus sojae carboxyl proteinase I were investigated with the oxidized B-chain of insulin. A. sojae carboxyl proteinase I hydrolyzed primarily two peptide bonds in the oxidized B-chain of insulin, the Leu15-Tyr16 bond and the Phe24-Phe25 bond. Additional cleavage of the bond Tyr16-Leu17 was also noted. © 1979 Springer-Verlag New York Inc.
